I am Arman, founder of Tecknocity. Every business is transitioning to AI, and most are navigating it alone, between hype and fear. A Decade in Making
Tecknocity comes out of more than a decade of building businesses and fixing other people's. Before consulting, Arman built his own ventures, ran teams, and lived every operational problem this site talks about: the tools that don't talk to each other, the week that disappears into admin, the growth that stalls because everything routes through one person.
The consulting came from a simple observation: most businesses don't need more advice, they need someone to actually fix the thing. So that became the model. Work inside the business, find where time and money leak, fix what can be fixed on the spot, and build systems for the rest. Hundreds of businesses later, that's still the whole approach.
Then AI changed the ceiling of what a small team can do, and Tecknocity became what it is now: a company that guides businesses through the AI transition. We audit hands-on, build AI-driven operations for clients, train their teams, and we built our own product, Binee, an AI brain for business. We don't just recommend this future. We build in it ourselves.
